A qualified Textile Technologist who started in the industry in 1981, Patrick has more than 40 years' experience. Taking ownership of the business with his wife Veronica in 2009 further cements his commitment to the industry.
Doing his best by his customers is paramount and the team at Böwe are dedicated to that task.
Veronica works part time in the business assisting Patrick where required and trying to keep him calm! Veronica has a background in Accounting and is ACA qualified.
Jamie started with the company in 2000, initially bringing warehouse experience. Jamie learnt about our products and customer base before gaining a position in the sales team. Having travelled overseas for technical training from our suppliers, Jamie offers our customers complete hands on advice, always giving honesty with the touch of London humour.
Ed's technical experience as a top end Industrial Electrician in South Africa has been an invaluable find for Team Böwe. In charge of our Service Department, Ed co-ordinates our team and response to our customers. Planning of new installations, technical training and maintenance are his forté.
Ed is supported by the rest of the service team.
Min's main role is in handling all spare parts and equipment orders. She can tell you the price and availability of parts ex store or indented items. Min controls our parts orders and tracks these, along with machinery that is en-route to New Zealand. Min also co-ordinates air and sea freight logistics. She also looks after our Chinese customers.
Lisa is the company Accountant who manages all things administrative. She is one of our newest staff members joining us in September 2016.
Lisa assists customers with forward exchange cover on equipment purchases and is our key contact for all financial matters.
Steve is our warehouse manager and is responsible for picking and despatch of all our orders on a daily basis. He also regularly oversees machine despatch, and handles telephone enquiries for spare parts.
