My name is Tony Rouse and I have been involved in the drycleaning industry for 22 years. The first 3 years in repairs and installation and the remainder as owner operator of Orewa Drycleaners.
I have dealt with Bowe since its inception and have always found them to be thoroughly professional. When our drycleaners had a fire in 2001 they had staff on hand the next day to assist the assessors and give advice - they were infact the only company in NZ that had a machine in stock, so that we could set up and operate quickly.
Their service staff are professional and friendly, indeed most of the small problems that I have had with my machinery have been sorted out over the telephone. One of the main things for me is the large range of spare parts they keep in stock. When I did need a small part that wasn't on hand Ian sourced a company in Albany and had one made for me in 2 hours!
I am also in the habit of ordering all my consumables from Bowe (free freight and 10% discount on my large monthly orders). Lynn is fantastic, she even knows my voice and I don't have to identify myself. She is always friendly and has a great knowledge of my past orders, in many cases I forget what I should be ordering. My orders always arrive promptly and well packed.
In short I have had a long and happy relationship with Bowe, finding them excellent to deal with and I hope to continue.

Preens Dryceaners Ltd operates throughout Otago and has been a satisfied customer of Bowe NZ Ltd in its various forms for over 25 years.
Preens has purchased major items of drycleaning and laundry machinery over the years as well as regular usage of their soaps and chemicals for our 4 operating plants.
