Our client's installation included three Power Swing Washer Extractors, Overhead Bag System, three Hanging Stations, Simplex Garment Sorting System, Pass Through Dryer with shuttle and lift conveyors, four smaller Dryers and towel and garment folders. They embarked upon this installation to automate their processing, keep dirty items on one side and all clean on the other side of their factory. A fully automated garment sorting system is now on a mezzanine floor in the 2,345 sq meter factory in Sockburn, Christchurch. Apparelmaster Christchurch recycle as much water as possible and have insulated all pipe work to enhance savings in energy, running their boiler on bio-diesel.

All equipment in the factory is manufactured and supplied by Kannegiesser and purchased through BOWE NZ Ltd.
